A MUSLIM dentist, who ordered a woman to wear a headscarf before he would treat her, has been found guilty of misleading the NHS about a string of motoring offences. Omer Butt (31) refused to register the mum as an NHS patient at his Unsworth practice if she did not follow a strict Islamic dress code - despite the fact that she told him she was not a practicing Muslim.
