Nina Grunfeld's seven steps to staying young. 3: Keep up Keeping up is tough. I still can't text at anything like the speed of my kids, nor can I totally understand how the internet actually works. Facebook bores me. Nevertheless I'm impressive on my computer, well up to 'A' Level standard, and that feels good. I sometimes despair of those who aren't yet on the internet. If you want to stay young, you have to get up to speed with certain things.
