PEOPLE suffering toothache in Greater Manchester are still being forced to join long queues for treatment - three years after a government minister pledged to improve NHS dental treatment in the region. Our picture shows the line of people who were standing outside Manchester's University Dental Hospital early yesterday. The first patients arrived at 5.30 am.
