Health staff march - Liverpool Daily Post 3rd November 2007

LIVERPOOL NHS workers will be joining hundreds of health staff from across the country in a march through Westminster today. Members of the skilled workers’ union Unite will demonstrate against NHS changes in Merseyside, including the use of private companies in south Liverpool to provide dermatology services. The demonstration led by NHS Together, a campaign alliance of 15 health unions, aims to defend the principles of the NHS.
