There’s no faster way to turbocharge your fitness than with circuit training. And because you don’t necessarily need any gym equipment to do it, this full-body workout, which employs 6-10 different exercises, can be done anywhere. The exercises can be tailored to fit specific needs, such as weight loss or increasing your agility, and can be done at any intensity level. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions, or prescribed amount of time, before moving on to the next. In between, there are brief, timed rest intervals, and each full circuit is separated by a longer rest break. The number of circuits performed during a single session may vary between two and six, depending on your training level and goals.
