A BULGARIAN cleaner has denied sexually touching a bedridden elderly woman at the Carlisle care home he worked at. Neyko Neykov told the city’s crown court yesterday that he did not know why a nurse claimed to have seen him indecently touching 91-year-old Margaret Barbour.

I know why Evelyn Sebastian accused him!He is a man after all-she would never accuse a female in the same situation.Where she's comming from Phillipins this is a common thing-there is no respect for females or elderly or for life at that matter so her judjing is limited within her oun moral values.At the end if the managment of Blackwell Veill were so concerned about their resident's safety-why they pushed him to start cleaning alone without his female colleage...?!
