BURY Primary Care Trust's performance has remained satisfactory after undergoing its latest annual "health check". Its quality of services is judged as "fair" and its use of resources "good", according to statistics produced by the Healthcare Commission. But Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs Fairfield Hospital and three others in the region, has seen their use of resources performance rating fall from "fair" to "weak".
