SWISS scientists believe that they have found a way to dramatically cut road accidents involving young men – compulsory Woman’s Hour on car radios. Researchers at three universities, who put 83 male students aged 20-27 in driving simulators while listening to a car radio, found programmes with blokeish language made them instinctively hit the accelerator.
