Ambulance rap as fall woman, 93 waits 2 hrs - Liverpool Echo 1st November 2007

AMBULANCE bosses have launched an investigation after a 93-year-old woman was forced to wait in agony for more than two hours. The woman had fallen over in the Tuebrook branch of Iceland and an ambulance was called by staff. But while they waited other ambulances drove past the store, in West Derby Road.
