AN air stewardess delivered a passenger's premature baby and battled to keep him alive on a holiday jet at 30,000ft. Flight supervisor Carol Miller supported Nicola Delemere, 31, as baby Alfie was born on a First Choice Airlines' flight from Manchester to Crete.
