A LIVERPOOL stewardess helped deliver a premature baby on a Greece-bound airplane – then helped keep him alive with a plastic drinking straw. Carol Miller, of First Choice Airways, sprang into action when Nicola Delamere went into labour during the flight, despite being only 25 weeks pregnant.
